How large of a company is LO-KEY ENTERTAINMENT?


We have 10 DJ’s on staff, 7 Digital Photo Booths, 4 360 Degree Photo Booths, 200+ Uplighting Par Cans, 5 HD Projectors, Multiple sets of Special Event Equipment (ie. Dancing on the Clouds, Indoor Cold Sparks, Throne Chairs, etc)

and enough Sound Equipment to run 10 Events simultaneously. 


How soon is a deposit needed to reserve or contract services as well as final payments?


No dates or services are reserved without a deposit. Once a Contract/Invoice is issued,

clients have up to 48 Hours to pay the initial deposit.


Final Payments are due 24 Hours prior to the event date.


What is your Standard Event Attire?


We have Casual and Formal Dresses and Suits as well as branded T-Shirts and Polos (Depending on the type of event).


What time will you arrive for Set-Up?


Photo Booth and 360 Degree Photo Booth “ONLY” Service:

45-60 Minutes prior to start time


DJ Service, Lighting and Special Effects:

1-3 Hours prior to the event start time

(Depending on the size of the contracted package)


Can I request a set-up time earlier than standard set-up time?


Yes, however fee’s “may apply” depending on location, overall company event schedule on the day of the event and amount of dormant time before event starts. Please make us aware as soon as possible to ensure that we can accommodate this request.


What are your back up plans for equipment failures before and during events?


We arrive and set up early enough to test and ensure that all equipment is working properly. In the unlikely event that a failure is detected, we have event managers and equipment technicians available for equipment exchanges and repair (locally).


How do we make payments, submit event timelines, announcements, music requests

and other notable event details prior to the event.


All clients are issued unique ONLINE ACCOUNTS and PASSWORDS for their events, which provide complete event management from any internet ready device 24 hours a day (standard internet rates apply).


How often will we communicate?


Anyone can schedule a meeting online to go overall any and all services available prior to booking. Once a client is issued a CONTRACT/INVOICE & ONLINE ACCOUNT, most details/requests and payments are made inside of their account. If at any point, a client would like to schedule a meeting to go over new details or if they have new questions, it’s easy to make the request and schedule another meeting online. Lastly, 1-2 weeks prior to the event we will have

a final meeting to go over all information that has been submitted.


Can I upgrade/change my package after booking?


To make upgrades and changes to packages, please schedule a meeting online with a representative

and/or submit an official request by sending a message from your ONLINE ACCOUNT.


Adding NEW Services will require additional deposits

(typically the difference in upgrading to the next package level) for the services added.


Removing MAJOR Services (ie. Photo Booths, Uplighting, etc) less than 90 Days out from the event

will forfeit $100 Deposit per Service.


What happens if I need to change my event date?


While we understand that things happen, changes to reserved dates are very difficult as we may have told other clients that we are unavailable. Date change requests are on a case by case basis and must be approved. Please schedule a meeting with a representative as soon as possible to discuss and move forward with making date changes.


Please Note: Date change requests within 90 days of the event may not be possible, thus resulting in the forfeiture of the Deposit. Again please schedule a meeting with a representative as soon as possible to discuss and move forward with making the change in date if possible.


How do you handle overtime or extending the contracted time of the event? Can I add additional time?


Absolutely, additional hours of Photo Booth Service are billed at $100 per hour and

additional hours of DJ Service are billed $200 per hour.


We need services not listed in your standard packages. Can we create or customize a package to better fit our needs?


Yes, simply schedule a meeting and our representative will be happy to create a custom package for you.
